Brand new tile floors throughout all the living spaces and bedrooms. Unwind in the cozy living area, furnished with updated pieces designed for comfort and relaxation. The smart TV provides entertainment options for everyone. Stream your favorite shows, watch cable, or find a movie for the DVD player. The inviting decor creates a welcoming ambiance, making it an ideal space for family gatherings or relaxing evenings after a day spent exploring Destin. A queen sleeper sofa offers additional space for your family. Sit on the private balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful views while sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine and watching the sunset.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, for a restful night’s sleep. A smart TV with DVD Player and cable access are available to help complete the evening. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin-sized beds, perfect for kids or friends, along with a flatscreen TV, smart DVD player and cable access for those late-night movie marathons. The bathroom includes a new vanity with granite countertops and a convenient tub/shower combo featuring updated glass doors.

Complimentary Beach Service is provided from March 1 to Oct 31. As a guest at The Islander, you can enjoy (2) complimentary beach chairs and (1) umbrella, each day of your stay! (Valid for stays 14 days or less)

Rules:
Smoking of ANY kind is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay. Please note Washer & Dryers are not available unless specified. Relaxing Getaway with Room for Small Improvements

"We stayed for 12 days and overall had a great experience at this vacation rental in Destin. The location was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrella—such a nice touch. The functioning icemaker was also a huge plus and saved us from having to buy ice during our stay.

That said, there were a couple of hiccups. We had to call maintenance to unclog the sink in the master bedroom, and unfortunately, the cleaning crew missed a pretty unpleasant mess in the spare room with the twin beds—someone had thrown up behind the door and across the entryway, and we had to request a cleanup after checking in. Also, for a 12-day stay, only being provided two trash bags (and one more when we asked) felt a bit stingy. We ended up buying our own, which was a minor inconvenience.

Despite those small issues, we loved our time here and would definitely consider staying again. The comfort, location, and beach amenities made it a relaxing getaway.

"A great time with **** and Connie Bohling and their friends. Although Destin is cooler than all other Florida destinations we have experienced it makes up for that with it’s beauty and atmosphere. The colors in 312 are warm and it is nicely decorated. Please note there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the living area carpet needs a good shampooing. We would highly recommend the “Islander” to our friends and are looking forward to coming there in the future. Sorry to report we forgot to remove the sheets and pillowcases from the king bed hope this doesn’t give us a bad mark.

"My only complaint with our unit is the pantry was so full with kitchen essentials, that we had no room to store food, paper products etc. We had to put things on the counter and top of refrigerator which then limited our counter space.

Nice Vacation Rental

"Our unit was very clean and came with plenty of space to sleep 6 people. Only recommendation is to bring a mattress pad for the pull out bed or an air mattress instead. That bed is very uncomfortable. Also the unit does not come with enough toilet paper, so bring extra. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There was however plenty of towels for 6 people and the walk to the beach was a short walk!

"The condo was clean and comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning, the mattresses are not very comfortable and need to be replaced, and the “view”
described is inaccurate. The “view” is mostly of the pool below and the dumpsters in the parking lot. The first two items are easy fixes. If those two things were taken care of, I would rent here again.

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Islander. The location is so nice - off the main strip, but still very close to all shopping and activities. There are two pools and the beach is so close that walking is no issue. The beach set up for two that is included is really nice as well! Unit 312 was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. The carpet is a little worn, but that didn't bother us as it seemed clean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Thanks for a great stay!
