Islander Condo #201 is an East View, Platinum Plus with washer & dryer!

Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area to watch the 40” Smart TV with Blue Ray Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a new suite with a king size bed, and a 32” TV with a Blue Ray Player. The bathroom has a shower . The guest bedroom has 2 new twin sized bunkbeds and a full size bed, and a 26” TV with Roku TV and an X-Box 360 with games. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new marble countertops and glass shower doors.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Great condo in the best location

"This listing needs updated photos as the furnishings and appliances have been upgraded from what is seen in the photos. That being said, I've been coming to the Islander for 32 years. This unit has been my favorite one. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are included which we happily used. I loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning because of the ocean view. The unit is next to the stairs so it was very convenient for beach and pool access. We loved our stay in this unit and look forward to returning!

Great Getaway Place

"The stay at the facility was nice and relaxing. The people were friendly. The unit we had was nice and clean. The views of the ocean was one of the best views I have ever had. I will admit the ceramic tile and the around the tubs has seen it’s best days. The kitchen table chairs could be updated as well.

Great view

"The view and location were great! Having to get up early to get chairs was no fun but part of it. The showers leaked and were very good water pressure and the stove only half worked. The 3rd bed was unable to be used and we had to go buy an air mattress. It is in the perfect location and easy to get in and out of. Overall it was good but was expecting more for the price.

Islander Vacay 2022

"The location is Great. The Staff was more than helpful and went above & beyond. The condo is a little dated on appliances, but the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Highway 98 is a little hectic. Easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy & shopping outlets. Restaurants were also close by. Whomever cleaned the condo before our arrival cleaned in a hurry. There were candy wrappers left under the beds, razors left in showers, but was nothing we couldn't take care of because I always re-clean due to my husband's illness. This was our first time to Destin & we will be back and I highly recommend the Islander property! They also have accomadations for someone planning a wedding and room for a reception all in one place.

"The condo was great! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. I just wasn’t happy about having to pay a $50 non-refundable damage fee and $125 housekeeping fee when you don’t get housekeeping.

We did want to clarify that the $50 non refundable fee is your damage waiver that would cover you for up to $1,000 in damages if anything should occur, it's included in every reservation. The $125 cleaning fee is payed in advance by guests for housekeeping to clean after the guest checks out. We look forward to having you as a guest in the future.

"We had a great stay at the Slander. Friendly staff. The pictures don’t do the justice. Beach is closer then it looks n the pictures. During COVID I suggest bringing all soaps/detergents/paper towels with you. We will be back.

"201 was such an awesome location to rent!! On the corner and next to garbage!! It was very quite didn’t hear a thing!! The condo itself is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. It had what we needed( not much) to function for the extended weekend. The view was so picturesque!! We’ve stayed at this location several times and will continue to come back. The added beach chairs and umbrella tops the stay off!!

Great Location, missing a few things

"We come to the Islander several times a year with our family. This is our second time in this unit. We picked it because of the game system, due to the weather being bad. The xbox did not have chargers and was missing one cable. The twin bedroom did not have a tv remote and the master was missing a cable to play movies. We reported these to the front and they let us borrow a hdmi cable for the master. If the unit is going to continue to advertise the gaming system, then they need to provide all the pieces for playing and to make the tv and game system work. The location of this unit is ideal bc it is on the end and you can easily walk down to the ocean and pool. It does not have ceiling fans but they did provide small floor fans for the bedrooms which was nice to have.

"Very relaxing and enjoyed. I think the couch and matching chair were designed for tall people as it was slightly uncomfortable for myself and my mom as we are both shorter. Also, I could never get the TV in the master bedroom to work, even with the written instructions and unplugging as a last resort, per instructions. Otherwise, stay was great.
