The Unit accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is completely carpeted, except for tile in the entry way, kitchen and bathrooms. There are TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. There is DVD/VCR and high speed internet access in the Unit. Recent upgrades include: a new sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, and 42” Flat Screen HD/TV in the living room; new bedding in the master bedroom; plantation shutters in both bedrooms; new light fixtures and counter improvements in both bathrooms; and new pictures and art décor throughout.
Destin's Beach is just steps away and there is easy access from the Unit to all of the Islander’s Fun Activities. The views from the private balcony are unbelievably beautiful. There are day and night time “Florida sights” including a view of the beach, boats going to and from Destin Harbor, a wildlife preserve, a sunset 365 days a year, and the twinkling night lights of Fort Walton Beach.
