with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest
bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There
is tile throughout the unit with carpet in both
bedrooms. Destin's Beach
is just steps away with a beautiful view from your
private balcony. All units are non-smoking.
Condo 406 has
recently installed a new ceiling fan in the dining room.
The master bedroom has a new bedspread and new
plantation shutters in the window. The guest
bedroom has a new plantation shutters in the windows.
There is also new framed decor throughout the unit.
Fresh paint and accent colors in 2009. New Sofa,
Loveseat and Captains chair added.

owners of this unit will draw names
from their guest
book on December 31st for a
FREE 4 day, 3 night stay next year.
The redemption dates will only exclude
holiday weekends, Spring Break, and the months of June and July.
