Condo rental #216 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is tiled through out with carpet in the bedrooms. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking. 

Condo 216 was recently renovated to include all new furniture and decor, and upgraded TVs. The living room has new sofa's, decor, and a 37 inch flat screen. Both bedrooms have blackout drapes for privacy and 32" flat TVs. Both bathrooms were renovated with new vanities, fixtures and hardware with the mast bath featuring double sinks.
