This condo has tile through out with plush carpet in both bedrooms. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. 

Condo 213 has been redecorated recently and the freshly painted walls through out with new crown molding are very pleasant. The kitchen is open to extend the view into the living area and with three beautiful new light fixtures. The master bedroom has a beautiful new bedspread with lots of pillows. The living room is furnished with a wonderful new sofa bed and love seat. The extra chair in the living room is very comfortable when watching TV. 

The laundry is just a short trip down the walkway and the Community Room is there too.
