Emerald Coast. Condo rental #201 accommodates up to 6 people
with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest
bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Tile
through out the unit with carpet in both bedrooms. Destin's Beach
is just steps away with a beautiful view from your
private balcony. All units are non-smoking.
Condo 201 has
recently been redecorated with fresh paint through out
the unit. The living room has new furniture with a
new 32" flat screen TV. The
dining room chairs were reupholstered and 2 new bar stools
have been added. The kitchen has new paint,
granite countertops, cupboards, and light fixture. The
cabinets over the sink have been removed to offer an
extended view into the living areas. Both bedrooms feature new furniture and bedding with
a 21" flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Both
bathrooms have also been updated with new fixtures,
vanity tops, and all the doors in the unit have been
replaced.
THE OWNER OF THIS CONDO HAS PROVIDED A FREE BEACH SET UP FROM MID MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER FOR ALL HIS GUESTS. (THIS INCLUDES ONE UMBRELLA AND TWO CHAIRS).
