is tile throughout the unit with carpet in both bedrooms. The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside
your 1st floor walk out balcony. You will be just steps away from
Destin's Beach. All units are non-smoking.
This unit has new living room
furniture and valance. Dining room chairs and bar
stools have been reupholstered. The kitchen has
been repainted and the view is now extended into the
living areas with new light fixtures. Both
bedrooms have new bedding, and plantation shutters. The guest bedroom
features new furniture. There are ceiling fans in the dining room and master bedroom, flat panel
TVs in living room and both bedrooms and all new appliances in the kitchen.
