This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast.  Condo rental #103 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  There is tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.  The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside your 1st floor walk out balcony.  You will be just steps away from Destin's Beach.  All units are non-smoking.

Condo 103 is freshly painted through out with new crown moulding.  The living room features new seating and wall mirror.  The dining room has a new floral arrangement.  Both bedrooms have new bedspreads and plantation shutters.

OWNER HAS PLACED IN THE UNIT, FOR YOUR USE, 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA. 

OWNER HAS A DRAWING AT THE END OF EACH YEAR FOR A GUEST FROM ONE OF OUR UNITS TO RECEIVE A FREE 3 NIGHT/ 4 DAY STAY IN ONE OF OUR UNITS SOMETIME DURING THE NEXT YEAR.
